## **Update** **MSL**

### 🎯** Objective**

The **Update** **MSL** provides a step-by-step guide for downloading and uploading MSL templates. **This ensures you only update the SKUs you need, with changes reflecting only the SKUs listed or delisted in the template.**

### \uD83D\uDCD8** Instructions**

1. **Navigate to the Update MSL tab** in the Portfolio Management page.
2. **Focus your update:** Select the necessary filters to narrow down the SKUs you need to update. This ensures you only update the relevant data.
3. **Download the template:** The system provides a pre-formatted template to streamline the process.
4. **Edit the template:** Simply list the SKUs you wish to update (either list or delist).
5. **Upload the updated template:** Upload the completed template back into the system to reflect your changes.

## **Replace Full MSL**

### 🎯** Objective**

This section provides a method to **replace** **the** **entire** **MSL as** **Listed** using a template. **It** **efficiently lists the included SKUs in the template while delisting all others not mentioned in the specific branch/store/store group. **For those who prefer the granular control, you can use the dedicated Branch and Store Group MSL tabs to manually update individual SKUs.

### \uD83D\uDCD8** Instructions**

1. **Access the Branch or Store Group MSL tab:** Choose the appropriate tab based on your needs.
2. **Refine your selection:** Select the filters to specify the branch, store group, etc. you want to update.
3. **Download the template: **Click on the upload icon then download the provided template.
4. **Edit the template: **List the SKUs you want to **include** in the MSL. **Important.** This method replaces the entire MSL for the selected branch/store group – Any SKUs not included in the template will be delisted.
5. **Upload the completed template:** Upload your edited template to apply the changes.

> 📝 - This template does not include a dedicated Delisted column.
> 📝 - You can control access to the bulk import function through the Users' Access Rights section, allowing you to manage user permissions effectively.
