## **Promoter ****Vertical**

### 🎯 **Objective**

The **Promoter** vertical is designed to track, measure, and optimize the performance of in-store brand ambassadors during active campaigns. It enables field teams and management to monitor campaign reach, shopper engagement, conversion rates, and the distribution of promotional materials across targeted locations.

### 📘 **Instructions**

#### **S****tep 1: Enable the Module**

Ensure the **Promoter** module is enabled in the **Access** **Rights**.

Next, provide access to admins and field reps’ accounts to the module from **Access** **Rights** > **Groups.**

1. **Portal Level:** Enable for admins.
2. **Mobile App Level:** Enable for promoters.

####  **Step 2: Configure the Module**

1. Go to the **Promoter** page, click on the **Configuration** in the left-hand menu under the **Settings** tab.
2. **Setup** the **Age Group:**
  - Click on the **Age Group** tab.
  - Click on the + button
  - Fill in the required details.
3. **Setup** the **Break Type**:
  - Click on the **Break Type **tab.
  - Click on the + button.
  - Fill in the required details.
4. Setup the **Feedback**:
  - Click on the **Feedback **tab.
  - Click on the + button.
  - Fill in the required details.
5. Setup the **Image Type**:
  - Click on the **Image Type **tab.
  - Click on the + button.
  - Fill in the required details.

#### **Step 3: Set Up the Campaign**

1. Create the **Campaign**:
  - Click on the **Campaign** page under the **Settings **tab.
  - Click on the + Button.
  - Fill in the required details

2. Configuring the **Campaign**:
  - Click the **Settings** icon after creating the campaign.
    - Define the **Campaign SKUs**: Campaign SKUs can either be selected from the existing company SKU list or created directly at the campaign level.
      - Click on the **Campaign SKU** tab.
      - Click the + button
      - Click on **Campaign SKU drop down **to select from a list of already existing company SKUs
      - Click on the + button next to the drop down to define a new SKU
    - Define the **Feedback** form:
      - Click on the **Feedback** tab.
      - Click the + button
      - Select the **Question** from the drop down menu.
    - Define the **Age Group**:
      - Click on the **Age group **tab.
      - Click the + button
      - Select the **Age Group** the drop down menu.
    - Define the **Competitor** form: Link competitor SKUs to campaign SKUs so users can select, from a predefined list, which competitor SKU (if any) was selected by a visitor in the Visitor’s form
      - Click on the **Competitor **tab.
      - Click the + button
      - Select the **campaign SKU **from the “Item” drop down menu and define the **Competitor’s Name.**
    - Define the **Family Type**:
      - Click on the **Family Type **tab.
      - Select which **SKU Types **from the ones defined in the campaign you want to appear in each relevant section.

> ℹ️ For example, since SKUs can belong to different family types (Regular, Sample, or Promotion), you can control where each type appears. If Sample SKUs should not be included in Stock Audit or Stock Movement, uncheck the Sample family type for those sections, while keeping Regular or Promotion SKUs enabled as needed.

**Step 4: Configure the Settings (Optional)**

1. Click on the **Settings** page under the **Settings **tab.
2. Enable the settings based on your preference :
  - If** “Add non-campaign SKUs within campaigns”** is enabled, The promoter will be able to log in information related to the visitor’s purchases from the company’s SKUs that are not added to the campaign SKU List.

#### **Step 5: Assign Privileges**

1. Go to the **Setup **vertical, click on the **Privileges** in the left-hand menu.
2. **Setup** the **Privileges:**
  - Select “**Campaign**” from the **Privilege type** drop-down menu.
  - Click on the + button
  - Fill in the required details.

> ℹ️ Campaigns can be assigned to specific promoter users to ensure clear responsibility during execution, while admin-level privileges can also be configured to limit visibility or access to campaigns based on responsibilities. ### **Mobile App – Promoter Vertical**

**Visitors **


> ℹ️ At any point during their work, users can log a **break **directly from the app. Once a break is started, the app will be temporarily locked and cannot be used until the break is ended.


### **Access the Reports****:**

1. **Campaign Summary:** Provides an overview of each campaign’s performance at multiple levels, showing where the promoter executed the campaign, how many customers were reached, how many distributions were made for campaign vs. non-campaign items, and the resulting conversion rates, samples, and tests conducted.

2. **Campaign SKU Availability Report:** Campaign SKU Availability Report: Displays SKU availability status during campaign visits, showing where each SKU was found or missing across branches. Availability is automatically calculated based on campaign stock audit results and stock movements, and does not represent a manual SKU audit performed by users.

3. **Distribution Report**: Shows all promoter distribution activity by SKU, quantity, value, and store.

4. **Stock Movement:** Logs all stock inflow and outflow activities for campaign SKUs, such as new arrivals, damage, visitor movement, replenishment, and tasting, captured during promoter visits with quantities and movement types per visit.

5. **Stock Summary report: **This report helps compare observed end quantities with calculated totals derived from stock movements, making it easier to identify discrepancies in stock flow

6. **Visitors Summary:** Captures insights from the visitor interaction form, including shopper demographics, NPS score, distributed SKUs and their quantity, or the selected competitor SKU

7. **Branch Coverage: **Shows how many campaign visits were completed per branch within the selected period, giving a quick view of overall field coverage.

## **Field Descriptions**

| **Field Name** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Age Group** | Define different age ranges for promoter to select from when talking to a visitor. |
| **Break Type** | Define different break types for Promoters to select when tapping out for break. i.e. lunch, smoke, etc. |
| **Feedback** | Define a questionnaire form for Promoter to use when collecting the feedback from the visitor. |
| **Image Type** | Define different image types for promoter to select from when taking an image. i.e. uniform check, check in, etc. |
| **Reach Target** | Define the interaction target with clients for all promoters combined. |
| **Distribution Target** | Define the sales target for all promoters combined. |
| **NPS Question** | Net Promoter Score question. |
| **Include Testing** | To track if consumer has tested the product when interacted with the Promoter. |
